Investment with purpose.

We buy, transform and manage executive suites, industrial warehouses and land in Valencia, Venezuela, through a holding company in Madrid.

A bridge between international capital and Venezuela.

We bring a private equity approach to every investment: disciplined acquisition, professional management and transparent investor reporting.

  • European legal certainty

Capital and partner agreements sit in a holding company in Madrid, governed by Spanish law.

  • Bought below replacement cost

We acquire buildings for less than it would cost to build them today. The margin starts on the day we buy.

  • Self-sufficient assets

Every property is self-sufficient in power and water, with its own connectivity. Operations do not depend on public utilities.

2026 demand, 1998 infrastructure.

If Caracas is the administrative capital, Valencia is Venezuela's real economy: where goods are made and distributed.

  • Next to the country's main port. Puerto Cabello is 50 km away by road.
  • Venezuela's largest industrial zone. Consumer goods, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing in continuous operation, with a steady flow of executives and engineers.
  • Supply that has fallen behind. Hotels charge around US$110 a night for outdated rooms, and short-term rentals are in the hands of private owners with no common standards.
  • Three asset types. Executive suites in the Zona Norte (Guaparo, El Viñedo, La Trigaleña and Prebo), warehouses in the industrial zones and land with development potential.

We control the asset from start to finish.

We don't build from scratch. We buy what already exists, transform it and manage it through to its sale.

  1. Identify

We look for buildings, warehouses and land with untapped value in Valencia and its industrial zones, often before they reach the market.

  2. Acquire

We buy after rigorous due diligence, and only at an entry price that leaves a margin from day one.

  3. Transform

We convert each space into a property that is self-sufficient in power and water.

  4. Manage

We run every suite with US dollar contracts, maintenance and a 24-hour concierge.

  5. Sell

Once the asset is stabilized, we sell it to institutional buyers, funds or REITs.
