What data we process
This website does not use cookies or include analytics or advertising tools. We only process the data you choose to send us: when you request the dossier (name, email, country of residence, investor profile and message), when you email us or when you contact us on WhatsApp.
Form requests reach our inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form forwarding service that keeps a copy for 30 days. If your browser does not run JavaScript, the submission goes through a FormSubmit page with a Google reCAPTCHA check, which may set Google cookies.
Purposes and legal basis
- To respond to your request and send you the dossier or the information you ask for. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To respond, we need your name and email address; the other fields are optional. Without these two details we cannot handle your request.
We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your request and, if a relationship begins, for as long as it lasts. After that, the data will be kept blocked only for the periods required by law.
Who can access it
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. We use service providers to run this service: FormSubmit forwards form requests to our inbox, Google (Gmail) manages our email, Meta provides WhatsApp messaging and GitHub hosts this website and may log technical connection data, such as your IP address. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Google, Meta and GitHub do so with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses). FormSubmit does not state equivalent safeguards: if you prefer your request not to go through this service, please email us directly or message us on WhatsApp.
Your rights
You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, request data portability and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to realestateatlantica@gmail.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
